I don't think Rolex tries to align the rehaut during assembly. I've seen more that are not aligned as compared to ones that are. Keep in mind the rehaut is a thin metal band that is screwed into the case, so it doesn't take much to have it not line up perfectly.

Problem with some reps is the spacing on the rehaut engraving is improper so some indices line up and some don't. Is it normal?
